The CD with the chamber pieces by Boris Tchaikovsky issued by Naxos on the Summer (recorded by Olga Solovieva with the cellist Christopher Marwood and violinist Haik Kazazyan), is nominated to the prestigious International Classical Music Awards (ICMA).


August 2018:


The CD "Complete works for violin and piano" issued by Toccata Classics, with the recordings made by Olga Solovieva with Sergey Kostylev (violin).

July 2018:


The CD with the chamber pieces by Boris Tchaikovsky issued by Naxos.

Olga Solovieva plays Cello Sonata and Piano Trio with Christopher Marwood (cello) and Haik Kazazyan (violin).

The final concert at XXIX Lyadov Festival took place on Borovichi (Novgorod region). Dmitry Khrychov (cello) and Olga Solovieva performed the pieces for cello and piano by Nikolay Rimsky-Korsakov, Anton Arensky, Pyotr Tchaikovsky, Karl Davydov, Konstantin Lyadov.

April 4, 2018:


The concert "The Cello on the backround of 19th century" took place at the Concert Hall of Russian National Library. The pieces for cello and piano by Karl Davydov, Konstantin Lyadov, Pyotr Tchaikovsky and Anton Arenky were performed by Dmitry Khrychov (the 1st Cello in St. Petersburg Philharmonic Orchestra) and Olga Solovieva.

March 21, 2018:

Olga played the recital at the Glinka House-Museum (Glinka's birth place) at Novospasskoe, with the pieces by Alexey Stanchinsky, to commemorate his 130th anniversary (composer who died here in 1914 and his grave is hear, near the church built by Glinka's grandfather) .

March 20, 2018:


Olga Solovieva played the recital at the Music Hall (Blue Hall) of Smolensk Philharmony. The concert was dedicated to 130th anniversary of Alexey Stanchinsky, whose early piano pieces were performed.

Three times Winner of "Pure Sound" Award!

On October 23, 2019 the final ceremony of "Pure Sound" Award.took place  at "Novaya Opera" hall in Moscow, and the Award winners were announced.

It was the 1st Award for best audio recordings of Russian classical (academic) music.

Olga Solovieva became three-times Winner of the 1st Prize:

  • Boris Tchaikovsky’s music for cello for the recordings with Haik Kazazyan and Christopher Marwood (CD issued by Naxos) - in chamber music nomination
  • Alexey Stanchinsky’s piano music (CD to be issued by Grand Piano) - in solo instrumental nomination
  • Nikolay Myaskovsky’s songs with baritone Ilya Kuzmin (to be issued next year) - in chamber-vocal nomination.

In addition, Olga also took 2nd place for Vissarion Shebalin’s violin&piano recordings with Sergey Kostylev (CD issued by Toccata Classics).

So, Olga took more awards than any other musician

To the memory of Alexey Stanchinsky (Smolensk, Logachyovo, Novospasskoe)

The events dedicated to Alexey Stanchinsky took place from 6 to 8 October, 2019 in Smolensk Region. On October 6 there was the concert at Smolensk Philharmony: Olga played the Esquisses by Alexey Stanchinsky, and two cello sonatas by Sergey Rachmaninov and Yuri Kochurov (with cellist Dmitrii Khrychev).

On October 7 Olga gave the master-class for young musicians at the Glinka Musical School in Smolensk.

On October 8 Olga participated at the ceremony of the stone opening in the place of Stanchinsky's house in Logachyovo, and played few Esquisses by Alexey Stanchinsky in the Glinka House-Museum in Novospasskoe.
